These Terms govern your use of noomoo, operated by JobChange Australia (ABN 30 724 947 983). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to them. Nothing here excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using noomoo
You must be at least 18, or have parent/guardian permission. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Don't misuse the site, submit false or misleading listings, or post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
Listings and claiming a venue
Anyone may submit a venue. Claiming asserts you're authorised to represent that business; we may ask you to verify. We may edit, decline, or remove any listing at our discretion, including inaccurate, duplicated, or breaching listings.
Paid listings (Featured) and billing
Claim and Verified are free. Featured is a paid subscription, billed in advance on your chosen cycle (monthly or annual) at the price shown at checkout, in AUD including GST where applicable. Where a free trial is offered, you aren't charged until it ends and can cancel during the trial at no cost. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel Featured anytime from your account; cancellation stops the next renewal and Featured continues to the end of the current paid period. We don't generally provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by the Australian Consumer Law. For charges in error, contact info@noomoo.com.au.
Content ownership and licence
You keep ownership of content you submit (photos, descriptions, reviews). By submitting it you grant noomoo a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and promote it in connection with the directory (including search results and the newsletter). You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit.
Takedown requests
Venue owners or rights holders wanting content corrected or removed can email info@noomoo.com.au with details and their relationship to the venue. We'll review genuine requests and action them within a reasonable time. We may retain a lawful public-interest directory entry while removing inaccurate or infringing content.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep noomoo available and accurate but don't guarantee it's error-free or uninterrupted. Listing info is community- and owner-supplied and may be out of date — confirm with the venue before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited; nothing limits liability that can't lawfully be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. Governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
